Their website was hit by a major malware attack, and the only safe fix was a full rebuild. The hosting account had swollen to 57GB, with infected files and five extra databases buried in it. We cleaned the server and rebuilt the store from scratch.

We rebuilt the site from scratch in Oxygen Builder. WooCommerce runs the shop and PayFast takes payments. Mailchimp handles marketing, FluentSMTP keeps site emails reliable, Yoast SEO is installed for future optimisation and WPArmour controls spam. 388 products are live with full descriptions, images and pricing. Another 219 stay in draft because details are missing, and can be deleted at any time. On Google PageSpeed Insights the site scores 99 on desktop and 95 on mobile, and 100 for accessibility, best practices and SEO.
The site is fully SEO optimised. Yoast SEO is installed so product and category pages can keep being tuned as the range grows, and Mailchimp is connected for email marketing.
Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager and a Looker Studio dashboard are all set up and connected, so Finn & Estella can see how shoppers find the store and what they do there. The tracking is new, so there is little data yet.
The domain now runs through Cloudflare, which adds security and let us cancel Cloudbric, saving a monthly cost. We removed all infected files and cleared five extra databases, cutting storage from 57GB to just over 1.3GB. WordPress and every plugin were then reinstalled from scratch, so nothing infected carried over. We now maintain the site, keeping it updated and secure and adding new products as they arrive.
Email services are back up and the DNS records are verified to prevent spam. Brevo handles SMTP, so email sent from the site is delivered reliably.
